Thank you for joining us for the Memorial Service for Charlie Mason. Reservations are required due to pandemic restrictions. If you sign up, and then realize you cannot attend, please email kim@towerhillchurch.org as soon as possible.

Please do not arrive earlier than 10:15am and be prepared to adhere to the following guidelines while you are at Tower Hill:

1. Reservations are required. Please sign up for EACH PERSON ATTENDING with you.

2. Please self-check for COVID-19 symptoms (cough, fever, chills, muscle pain, difficulty breathing, sore throat, loss of taste or smell) and risk factors before attending any Tower Hill events. Please stay home if you are feeling unwell or if you’ve tested positive or been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

3. Please wash or sanitize your hands before arriving. Hand sanitizer will also be available at Tower Hill.

4. Maintain social distance from those not in your family.

5. Masks are required at all times.

6. By signing up to attend this service, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending this service, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold the First Presbyterian Church at Red Bank, its trustees, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.
